As a result, we are designers as opposed to packagers. Every single member of our team has studied under a formal design program with a specialty in interior design, architecture or merchandising.

Living Room
The LIVING ROOM of this residence is open and surrounded by natural light. CHDR will provide a luxurious selection of furniture and accessories that will highlight and accentuate the architectural features of the space.
Dining Room
The DINING ROOM in this residence is integrated with the living room as well as the kitchen. CHDR will properly define the space as well as compliment the existing built in dining table by bringing in dining chairs, artwork, mirror(s), and accessories in order to allow buyers to envision the space that awaits them.
Primary Bedroom
The PRIMARY BEDROOM in this residence is spacious and bright. CHDR will complete the space with a King bed, a seating area, a console or a dresser, lighting, as well as luxurious bedding, décor pillows, artwork, mirrors, and accessories in order to create an serene primary suite.
Second Bedroom
In the SECOND BEDROOM, CHDR will provide a Queen bed, console, night stands, lighting, an area rug, artwork, mirrors and accessories in order to create a welcoming guest bedroom.
Third Bedroom
CHDR will stage and style the THIRD BEDROOM in this residence as a fun children's bedroom. CHDR will do so through the use of a twin bed/bunk bed, a desk and desk chair that will compliment the existing built in shelving, and plenty of children's toys, accessories, and artwork.
Home Office
The HOME OFFICE in this residence is compact. This space serves as a bonus for potential buyers. CHDR will stage and style this home office in order to maximize the space and create functionality.
Terraces
The TERRACES in this residence are prominent and a bonus for potential buyers. CHDR will stage and style these outdoor spaces accordingly in order to blend the interior and exterior spaces seamlessly and provide a vision of sophistication as well as functionality.
